Work out in 7 or 8 minute spurts that it helps with weight loss

Try some short spurts of doing Life Lift for just 7 minutes at a time.

Pull out the kitchen timer. If you don't have one they are very inexpensive and you will come to think well worth it when you see what this new Life Lift, short spurt workout does for you.

I have read several times that if you work out in 7 or 8 minute spurts that it helps with weight loss. I will write down why later so you understand the concept completely. I just wanted to get you started with this new, improved way of getting the most from your Life Lift workouts.

I have been trying this to see how it works and I am impressed. You have a couple of great options. You can do one workout for 15 or 20 minutes, perfect for those who enjoy being guided through a workout with the videos. Then add just one or two of the 7 minute spurts anytime it feels right to you. Or you can do at least three 7 minute spurts daily. More is fine, but at least the total of around 21 minutes. Throughout the day.

I like it for several reasons.

One it is so easy and it makes the workout go so fast that it fits in easily to my day.

I can tell that my body is responding positively to this. I am very sensitive to changes and I can tell my body likes this a lot. It also gives you a felling of accomplishment when the timer goes off and you have completed a workout that you can "feel" has done something good for you. It takes so little time that it is manageable for anyone.

It makes sense since I have been doing the short workouts for a long time and I have always felt it was a good thing. Now I am just doing a focused workout with a set time in mind.

As soon as I have completed my workout I eat a small snack or meal.

Making a list of the benefits of doing your daily Life Lift breaths may keep you on track to reach every goal you set for yourself.

Listing the rewards can make a huge difference in your end results.

Keep your list in plain sight. Put it somewhere so it will pop out at you several times a day.

I am purely amazed with the Face Mask! This stuff is incredible! Of course, my face IN the mask when it dried made me look 14 (I'm 31). That, alone, was enough to put me in a state of awe. However, I admit to thinking "What happens when I rinse off the mask, though?"
Well, I am here to tell you: I didn't look 14 anymore. HOWEVER!!! I DID look an easy 22, and, sister, I will take that ball and RUN with it!!! Dear Rashelle & all the Life Lifters:
I haven't ever written but thought it is about time that I did. This marks the 1 year anniversary since I began using Lift Lift. Now..I haven't been consistent like several others..however I have had wonderful results...
I rarely measure..and never weigh..unless at the doctor's office...
but I can tell you all that I've lost a total of 55 pounds and 45 inches.
I have gone from a size 22 jeans to a size 14.
I would love to be in a 10...and I know that if I am more consistent with LL... those results will come.
I should note that I did give up refined sugar as I am terribly insulin sensitive. But I have any other types of carbs that I wish.
This is just to say thank you! I am a mail carrier..who walks 6 or more hours a day. "Traditional exercise doesn't work for me. I'm not sure why...only know that LL does make a big difference in my weight reduction..as well as my stress reduction!

Hello, I bought OxygenZoo this week and agree that the video is amazingly relaxing! My daughter wanted to watch it again and was excited to make the animal positions as she breathed. In fact, after we did it, we just let it play again for background noise as we sorted laundry, and I felt very relaxed and rejuvenated just by listening. Now I'm doing breaths as I drive and anywhere the idea hits me. After having 2 c-sections, I find it hard to get deep breaths that use my diaphragm, and the LL breaths are helping me get air where it belongs.
